The AU and the 6th Pan African Conference of Ministers for Public Civil/Service announce second bi-annual AAPSIA

The African Union (AU) and the 6th Pan African Conference of Ministers for Public Civil/Service announced the second bi-annual All Africa Public Sector Innovation Awards (AAPSIA). The theme for the 2010 AAPSIA: "Promoting Good Governance through Innovative Service Delivery" is informed by the need for innovative, African responses to governance challenges faced by most continental administrations.

Entries in the following three categories are invited:
  1. Innovative Service Delivery Improvements:
  2. Innovative Partnerships between Government, Private Sector and Civil Society Organisations: and
  3. Innovations in the Systems and Processes of Governance
The closing date for submissions is 31 July 2010.
